On Home Design 3D you can restore your purchases and reinstall your application without limitation.
To do this, please check the following points:
-You must use the exact same Apple, Google, Steam, Microsoft Store or Meta account that you used for the original purchase.
-Make sure to reinstall the exact same version as purchased:
On iOS and Apple devices:
-if you purchased the Gold or Gold Plus from the HD3D Gold store use the icon with the Yellow roof.
-if you purchased the Gold or Gold Plus from the HD3D Fremium store use the icon with the red roof.
Then go to the app store and tap “restore purchases”.
On other devices: Simply install the app and purchases will be restored automatically.
-Only the Gold version allows access to all content packs, purchasing the Classic version (backup) in the Freemium application does not give access to the content, you can consult the content of your order in the email confirmation received with your initial purchase.
You can't restore a purchase on an other device type, only on the same system :
iOS only on iOS devices (iPhone & iPad)
OSX Mac Store only on OSX Mac devices
Android only on Android devices
Steam only on Steam (PC & Mac)
Microsoft Store only on Microsoft Store (PC)
Meta only on Meta (Meta Quest).
In the event of a persistent problem, please contact our teams by attaching your order receipt and all the information in your possession.
NB: Apple “Family” accounts do not allow sharing or reinstallation of in-app purchases like Gold plus for example.
