Restore purchases

On all platforms and versions of HD3D you can restore your purchases and re-install your application without limitations.

To do this, please check these points :

-You should use exactly the same account (Apple, Google, Steam) used for the initial purchase.

(On iOS and Android you need to be connected to both your Apple / Google account and your AppleStore / GoogleStore account, see your device's Settings menu).

-Make sure to install exactly the same version as purchased, if you bought the upgrade from the Freemium shop you will not be able to install independent versions, you need to install the Freemium app and go in shop to click on "Restore my purchases" on iOS,
 on the Androïd version the restoration of purchases is automatic at launch of app.

-Also, only the Gold version allows access to all content packs, the purchase of Classic version in the Freemium app does not allow access to the content, we invit you to check your order in the confirmation email received during the initial purchase.

In the event of a persistent problem please contact the concerned platform first and then return to us with all the information in your possession.

Note: The "Family" Apple accounts do not allow for sharing or reinstalling the application.
